Welcome to Wastical ("Wastical", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wastical mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You may use the Services only if you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and capable of forming a binding contract, and are not barred from using the Services under applicable law.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if we detect misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to: engaging in unlawful activities, infringing intellectual property rights, interfering with or disrupting the Services, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or using the Services in a manner that could harm Wastical or its users.

Where the Services facilitate payments, you authorize us and our payment partners to process transactions as instructed by you. All fees, charges, and taxes are your responsibility unless otherwise stated. Payment processing may be provided by third-party processors and is subject to their terms.

• "Content" includes information, data, text, graphics, and other material available through the Services.
• You retain your rights to content you submit; you grant Wastical a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely to operate and improve the Services.
• You are responsible for the content you provide and warrant you have all necessary rights to do so.

Your use of the Services is also subject to our privacy practices. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and share information about you.

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

Wastical and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including software, designs, and trademarks. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wastical will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will end immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country or region of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where required, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in your jurisdiction of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the “Effective date” and, where appropriate, by additional means. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
